AppyJob is a cloud-based Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that provides tools for job posting, candidate management, hiring workflows, communication, and related HR functions.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use the Service.

• Refund requests are subject to review and approval. AppyJob evaluates refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may approve, partially approve, or deny a request at its discretion based on usage, timing, and compliance with these Terms.
• We may request additional information to complete a refund review.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Acceptable Use

AppyJob is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their policies.

11. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
